Refund Policy
You may return any auto-ship or non-auto ship items sold on UriAlive.com within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable), less the processing and handling fees, accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. Refund requests must be sent izen writing by email to [email protected]

The cost of shipping and handling of returned items is shouldered by the customer. UriAlive.com will only pay for the cost of return shipping plus refund the original cost of shipping if the return was a result of our error.

We make every effort to ensure the proper handling, packing, and delivery of your order. However, please understand that, on rare occasions, the package can be damaged during transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during transit, report it immediately to our customer support, and we would be happy to assist you in processing the return and replacement of your order. We shall not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but rest assured that our customer support team will attempt to assist you in investigating the issue. Moreover, we highly recommend for any stolen packages to be reported to the police as soon as possible.

Please note that all items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returned items that are not in the original package will not be accepted and will not be processed for any refund or replacement.

Please take note of the refund policy for the one-time purchase of our 3-bottle package and the 6-bottle package:


3-bottles special offer
For the 3-bottle package, refunds will be issued if at least two unopened bottles* are returned together with the opened bottle. Please note that the full shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund. If the shipping and handling costs were offered at a discount, it will be deducted from the refund as well.

** For the 2 unopened bottles, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
  • Product must be unused, and the package should be clean, without any scratches or damages
  • Original packaging and materials should be intact

6-bottles special offer
For the 6-bottle package, refunds will be issued if at least 5 unopened bottles** are returned together with the opened bottle. Please note that the full shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund. If the shipping and handling costs were offered at a discount, it will be deducted from the refund as well.

** For the 5 unopened bottles, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
  • Product must be unused, and the package should be clean, without any scratches or damages
  • Original packaging and materials should be intact


Receiving a Refund
Once we’ve verified that your request is eligible for a refund, we will proceed to process the return of the product/s. Once we receive the package and confirm that all return conditions are met, we will process the refund immediately.


Please take note of the refund processing time:
  • 5 to 7 business days for us to receive your returned items
  • 12 to 14 business days to process your return
  • Please also take note of the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

    We'll notify you for updates on your refund request via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

Title & Risk of Loss
All products purchased online from UriAlive.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that risk of loss and title for the items purchased is passed on to you upon pick-up of the package by the courier from our fulfillment center.

International Return Policy Restrictions
If your order is returned to us as banned / restricted products, wrong address, or because no one was available to accept delivery, we will refund your credit card as follows: the amount of your order minus initial shipping charges as well as other charges we may incur due to the refusal, including but not limited, to warehousing fees, quarantine fees, and returned shipping fees. If a reship is requested, the customer is responsible for the original cost of the shipment, including shipping charges.
